Unirule Wins Templeton Freedom Award

The Atlas Foundation announced the winners of the 2008 Templeton Freedom Awards for Excellence in Advancing Liberty. Unirule Institute of Economics was chosen as one of 16 winners among 170 organizations in 58 countries for its sustained efforts to promote marketization of public services in China. Unirule´s plan for privatization offers a market alternative that provides betters services for consumers and creates transparency in government links to the private sector.
